Using OBS to Record from Youtube

  1. Open YouTube video.
  2. Right click on video, and select "Copy video URL"
  3. Open OBS Studios.
  4. Add "VLC Video Source" in OBS.
  5. Add a Playlist "+".
  6. Select "Add Path/URL" in OBS
  7. Paste that URL.
  8. Video may take a few minutes to start.
